In this session we would like to discuss plans and possible risks related to e.g. compute, storage, and cloud technologies. We would also like to discuss contact point with WP1, WP2 and WP3 e.g. interoperability/benchmarking of tools and curation of resources.

Target audience:
Anyone interested in marine metagenomics and in particular members/technical staff from platforms linked to the metagenomics use case. We would especially invite members from WP1, WP2 and WP3 to discuss possible interaction points.
