ELIXIR-UK invites colleagues in the UK involved in genome assembly and annotation to complete a short questionnaire. The survey is available at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/R8KYH8Z. 

The survey is part of the 'Capacity Building in Genome Assembly and Annotation' work package of the EXCELERATE project and is organised ahead of the Genome Assembly and Annotation workshop to take place in October 2015. The goal is to build a knowledge base about the UK's expertise in bioinformatics infrastructure (including hardware, software and people).
